Terms of Service

Effective date: July 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Interact — the interactive learning platform available at interact.school and through the Interact iOS app — operated by Create With LLC ("Interact", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Interact, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Interact.

Who Can Use Interact

You must be at least 13 years old to use Interact. If you use Interact on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

Your Account

Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Let us know right away at bijan@createwith.org if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Interact offers a free tier with a monthly limit on AI generations, and a paid Interact Premium subscription with additional capacity and features.

  • On iOS, subscriptions are purchased through Apple and billed to your Apple account. They renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do anytime in your App Store subscription settings. If a free trial is offered, you can cancel during the trial and pay nothing. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its terms.
  • On the web, subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your billing settings, and your access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • A subscription purchased on one platform works across all your devices.
  • If we change subscription prices, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we'll give you reasonable advance notice.

Your Content

You keep ownership of everything you create or upload to Interact — notes, files, photos, audio, courses, and the rest ("your content").

So we can operate the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content — including sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy (for example, OpenAI for course generation). This license exists solely to provide and improve Interact for you and ends when your content is deleted, except where limited retention is required by law.

You're responsible for your content. Only submit material you have the right to use — this includes web pages, videos, and documents you import as source material for course generation.

AI-Generated Content

Interact uses AI to turn your source material into lessons, flashcards, and quizzes. To the extent we hold any rights in that generated output, we assign them to you — it's yours to use.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Verify important facts before relying on them, especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-related topics. Interact is a study tool, not professional advice, and you're responsible for how you use generated content.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Interact to:

  • Break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Create or share content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Upload malware or attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Spam other users with share invitations.
  • Circumvent usage limits, scrape the service, or resell access to it.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Sharing

Interact lets you share subjects with other people by email invitation or share link. Recipients can view what you share and may save their own copy. Share only content you have the right to share and are comfortable making available to the recipient. To report content that violates these Terms, email bijan@createwith.org and we'll review it promptly.

Termination

You can stop using Interact and delete your account at any time — in the iOS app under Profile → Delete Account, on the web under Settings → Profile, or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice where practical). Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Your Content licenses during wind-down, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification — survive it.

Disclaimers

Interact is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Educational content on Interact — whether created by you, shared by others, or generated by AI — is not professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create With LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Interact. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Create With LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of Interact, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA — where Create With LLC is registered — without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or with a prominent notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use Interact after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
